Phil McAndrew is a 21 year old cartoonist and illustrator from Syracuse, NY. When he was in high school he made a bunch of short films with his friends and dabbled in stop motion animation. He can currently be found inside a couch fort in a small apartment on a college campus just outside of Buffalo, NY. In August of 2004 He co-founded Found Hat Press with a group of friends. It has since grown into a largely acclaimed collective of young cartoonists. Phil enjoys snowboarding and watching Wes Anderson movies.
